I bought my shovelnose with a few parts from the prior owner in the boat. One part in particular is a steering helm and teleflex type cable.. I have had experiances with these cables just freezing up over winters and really dont like the idea of having it in my Sanger.
Anyone want to chime in on their thoughts about the push, pull helm type steering? I would rather have the original setup being my guess a quadrant and pullies.
