I had my inner fender area done with the same 4 color Naugahyde stripe pattern as my 2 bucket seats, ties in well, Wayne Stoekel out of Fresno did mine.

70 oz marine carpet. It's really thick and provides a nice cushion for that $15,000 paint job.

It your talking about the inner fender on the inside of the wheels. A piece of 304-4 stainless looks good

I got the felt-type paper/carpet that marine shops usually have. Marine plywood cut them to fit - then: I got a quart of FIBERGLASS RESIN. I painted two coats on to each side of the boards and the edges. While still WET, I wrapped the carpet on to them and stapled it down. The resin keeps the water out and sticks the carpet to the boards.

If its the heavy black carpet I'll take you up on that, and pay you for the trouble. Is it enough to cover approx 18" by 5' like a standard tandem fender?

Been trying to come up with some sort of fender bumper. Would love to see a couple pictures of what you guys came up with.

I will see if I can get my buddy Scott to post up some pics of his Biesemeyer trailer. It is one of the coolest I have seen. It is diamond plate aluminum with a black foam backing about 5/8" thick. It looks really good.

Paging flatnv, please pick up the white courtest phone....
