Hi guys,

I am sure that this isn't anywhere near the first time you have seen this type of post so i'll get down to brass tacks here. I am looking for some kind of project boat (I have seen a number of what appear to be flat bottomed style boats on the lake I frequent so lets go with that for starters but any kind will do) that is cheap (maybe 600 is my max on cash but trades are possible too) or free and that floats:rolleyes:. I live in between Detroit, Michigan and Toledo, Ohio, I am not afraid to drive some to get a boat if it suits me but there will be no cross country road trips for me anytime soon. Beggars can't be choosers but it would be awesome if it was set up for a small block ford motor as I have some experience with making them go fast and I have a ford motor that would work but thats in material.

Reply on here with anything you got or any leads on something that with pictures if at all possible or email me at catfish_king@hotmail.com.

Regards to you all

I know of a 1960 Biesmier in Arizona for $500. It has the Halcraft V-drive and I think everything is there. Needs to be restored.

If i were you i would save up a little more money and get a hull that doesn't need a major resto. The price of materials will scare you not to mention all the time involved and the mess it makes...just sayin:happy:
