About LinkBacksLookin at buying a bezer superstock boat and was wondering how you would book the boat out for the bank. The title on boat says unknown under mfg. Would you book it as a biesmeyer? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks Jeff

First off a Bezer and a Biesmeyer are two different boats, which is it? Second how do you get a bank to loan money on a race boat? You can't really insure it, and it can be gone in a single mishap. Does the boat have a HIN on it? That would help in verifying what you have. The bank should accept that, as proof of what it is. Good luck.Originally Posted by Hondo535

Look on youtube for silver and red biezer. I have serial # thats on the title. May have to get a personal loan instead. Any suggestions? Thanks Jeff

Jim's boat is a Bezer, made by RB boats, the Bezer name started in about 1986 or so, before that it was a Biesemeyer, when Norm Brown had the mold. Ray Brown (RB Boats) did not buy the Biesemeyer name when he got the molds, I had an 83 Biesemeyer, it was the small boat like Jim's. I got it from Norm Brown in 85.
As for the Bank, I think you will have to get a Marine Survey, by a Marine surveyor. before the bank will talk to you.

Just talked to the bank about a personal loan rather than a boat loan to buy the bezer. I have perfect credit and guess what they said. NO!!! Anyone have any suggestions?
There were two different models of Beisemeyer's. Ray Brown had the narrow one. Usually the vin # was lacated under the cav. brace on the right side
