Well I can say we learned a lot on the 53. Not too bad for bending a valve on the heat and finding a machine shop to repair it on a Saturday to make the final. It was a nail biter. The silicone was still wet and Joe was filling up the tank on the way to the ramp. Had to catch the parade lap on the last half but ended up 2nd for that day. But what a great weekend with great friends.
