Default SE Boats in South West

PRe I have to say we had a fun time with the new SE D' Cucci. It met our expectations and then some. The boats at Burley were running in the mid seventies. We gps'd 77 and 75 mph. The boats we so evenly matched they were runnning 4 wide most of the time. I think jerimiahs hooked with the possibilities and things we can change on the boat to get that little extra now. We are even tempted.to get it to black lake.

What I'd like to know is how many people are putting something together in the south west. We would like to know and the folks in washington would like to know. They were talking about making the trek down to parker or even long beach. Which means they were excited as we are. Nothings cheap but considering the bang for the buckits at the top of the charts. With this class new they are strict on the rules in other words we had to make weight.and the winners motor was inspected. Because of this the no national winner was declared.3 of us did not make weight and one was dq for too tall stacked carb spacer.

If you have any questions ask them here. And let us know. We would like to get a feel of the interest.

There was 8000.00 dollars combined in gifts and money to participants in this new class at burley, I don't know if that will happen again but it shows there are businesses and private parties supporting this class.

It was truly a pleasure to make new friends, I'm bad with names. But thanks to Marisa and husband , Dave and Levi
Weber, and Mel. For showing up to race and lending us parts.

That was a great time, you are a class team. Thanx for letting us borrow your lift straps. Hope to see you in Black Lake. Our trailer ate an inner wheel bearing and is still in Idaho waiting for the parts to come in on Wed morning. The boat is at Hensons Dry Dock in Caldwell. They assure us they will have it fixed and we can pick it up this saturday. So, another weekend trip to Idaho.

Maybe Grich can sell me a ONE inch carb spacer....
