I believe rich's hondo was a t deck ! I remember as a teenager hangin with the guy richy bought it from , close but no cigar , that hondo is out !
I am the owner if Rich's Hondo. The boat I have and his are one and the same. When I saw the pic of your dads boat I thought it looked like mine as well.

The deck was repainted and someone added another color over the original burnt orange.
I bought it off Matt Woodward who bought it off Preacher Bill (Rich's dad)
if i remember correctly , it was named "bad attitude " or something to that effect , the guy richy got it from used to run with joe merkie ( tah aces n 8's ) this was back in the late 80's . am i correct ?

one more for ya ! joe merkie had a blue and white hondo t deck he bought from tim fords brother inlaw ( al bowers ) , my dad arrainged the sale to joe , i was in my mid teens back then , pops would let me take his injected aqua craft to lake mendocino. the two hondos would always try and run me ! its the same aquacraft that was sold to the minegars a few years back
