Info, History and Schooling

Several Year back a local customer bought us a very nice Cole Runner bottom with the Engine picture below,at his request we pulled the engine swapped the pan , Hat and various other pieces and created a very fast 18' Eliminator Bubble deck (Cole was multi color Blues as I remember) , I took the Cole runner as partial trade for the work and later sold it (Cole) to the late Lance Matty (RIP) , After this I hadn't seen any of these parts or boats etc for years , recently we (JBP) bought the Eliminator Jet and resold it (less engine) today we bought the engine as seen in a seperate transaction. The 468 BBC engine below (from the Cole runner) was supposedly from Wilkes and rigged to the Cole runner by them , anyone remember the Blown Cole runner (LHC area) ?? Also Enderle knowledgeable folks please school me , my 40 + years has almost always involved Carbs , what do I have here on top this blower ? Thanks Tom
