Fuel tank placement in a 78 sanga,

Im just wondering where to put a sett of tanks in my sanga, Im not really to keen on drilling the floor, but gotta do what you gotta do i surpose, wheres the best place everyones putting them?
its a circle runner bottom bubble deck, with the tanks in the back half would that change the boats way it acts?
Its just a lake boat tho.
