Google Glen L boat plans. -Don't know if what they offer is APBA class legal, but it's a start.![]()
Remember that the Ark was built by amateurs and the Titanic was built by professionals.
theres a diagram on crackerbox club website
I have the diagram but that's just gives me the OML requirements and not the internal structure. I understand the frame placement location requirement for wood boats, but I don't know the shape of each frame. I don't know how the motor should mount or how to handle the drive line.

Icy,
I have the frame patterns for both the Patterson and the Wickens crackerboxes, there is very little difference on the bottoms between the two, I will PM you my number and we can talk about them. Are you planning on racing or just building a fun boat?

Trying to get a word on elligibility from APBA based on a medical issue I have. If I build it'll be 2 or 3 years before I'm on the water most likely. I want to race but waiting word from APBA on an issue. If I can't race then I'm probably not going to build it so I'm kind of waiting on that before I chase down all the leads I've gotten from the forum.
I'll be in long beach most likly both days (Sat/Sun). Are you going to be there?

We will be at Long Beach, I am running the P-21 Gramps Cracker and my brother is running the P-94 High Maintenance, there should be a decent turnout of Crackers, be sure to come by and look us up we can talk some there!
