    hey dave hows it giong.
    when i installed them i ordered them a 1/2" smaller in diameter, and made spacers to shim them to center of the pipe (bolted through all 3 tabs), it left a about a 1/4" space all the way around the outer edge of the cone. im not racing (yet) so they work for the le's.

    Default Test results

    I tried the cones with steel wool wrapped around them on the inside to pass a db test lets just say the DNR was not impressed 107 db!!! I did take a cherry bomb muffler and cut it in half and weld up the open part where it was cut in half to get good results enough to pass the db test of 87db @ idle 4 feet out and up from the end of the boat and @ a plane @ 50 feet with water both times.
