All cavitation plates are not electrically controlled.

"To answer your question Jim, the best splash of a Schiada is a Hallett Vector"

A Vector is not a SPLASH of a Schiada....

The boats have completely different bottoms.... and tops.

I dig my boat It heavy so it rides nice , has enough freeboard to go out on havi on the weekend (not much fun though) And with the blown 572 it is fast enough

Jim my first choice would be a Schiada my second choice would be a Hallett Vector v - drive. I have had both
but to find a good used one can be the hard part. there are others also but that would be my choice.

    Very helpful for sure.

Are the cav plates on these boats always electric actuated or do some use a pedal?

    Rightytighty.....good info on the Sangers!

Got to finish up repairs on a friends plow truck today and then I can get back on the hunt.

    Thanks again, Jim

If you want to go fast withe less power a rayson craft is a faster hull. The schiada has a bigger v and rides a little better in rough water.
