    Mandella endurance restoration race rigging

    I built the plugs for the glass MANDELLA BOATS. I have not been associated with the rigging. Today I spent the afternoon with Nathan and Butch Sims from Mooresville, NC. They are going to restore a glass Mandella center steer race deck boat, built by Lou Brummitt. The original rigging was built by rookies, and not up to Lou Brummitt's race quality. We are wanting firm numbers for the race rigging. The information needed is firm numbers, not estimates by people that have never rigged an endurance MANDELLA boat.
    We need:
    STRUT TO TRANSOM
    STRUT DEPTH
    STRUT *
    V-DRIVE LOCATION
    TURN FINS LOCATION
    RUDDER OFFSET, (IF NEEDED)
    CAV. PLATE LENGTH
    CAV. PLATE TURN FINS, (IF NEEDED)
    ENGINE BLOCK TO TRANSOM

    Don't know how much help they can provide but they do rig and race mandellas. Eddies inboard marine in Tucson az. 520 298 9322. His dad might be able to help as well. Eddie won the 80mph nostalgia class in parker this year. Give him a call tell him Paul with the honcho biesemeyer sent you.

    Is there a reason that you don't just call Carson and ask him? Seems like the only real way to do it.

    I gave butch the specs off stenton's boat.
