Thumbs up Shasta June 13 & 14---Hey it's almost in Oregon

Looking forward to making my trek up to Couer d' Alene in August again.

I know a bunch of you have already made plans to come play with us at Shasta but we want more of you to make it. We want to make sure the NW is well represented during the event and of course at the after party. I think we just may have to have some prizes for this years after party.

Check out the Shasta run thread in Gold Country or Poker Runs on this site or go to www.pokerrunswest.com.

Only 60 days or so till our first run in 08 .

Anyone even considering attending this poker run needs to man up and make plans it is AWESOME!! The boats, people, lake, and after party are outstanding

I went last year and have to say the easy going laid back atmosphere of this event and the people attending was the most fun I have had in a long time...

    Pasties were fun too

Jeeezzzusss..... They need to leave the water running over-night.

The lake is down 70 feet? Is this normal for them? Do they hold a damn and fill it back up by summer time or is this what they'r stuck with?

In really wet years the lake is generally a little higher at this time. No worries though as there is alot of snow melt yet to come down. Last year in mid June the lake was down quite a bit from full yet there were no hazzards and lots of room to run and they expect this June to be about the same.

    ALWYAS PRAY FOR RAIN THOUGH.

The Shast Event June 13 & 14 is really comeing together great. You can see some input on the thread in the Nor Ca section or go to www.pokerrunswest.com.

Hope to see you all there.
