The site hasn't been updated yet but it is August 1st this year.

Oops my bad. The web site has been updated and the real date is July 11th.

The website says July 11, 2008. This is 2009.

Nice catch! I informed them and the changes are being made.

The correction has been made, on another note, it is the same weekend as the Lake Chelan Poker Run.

Where is the best place to stay with boat mooring, and close to the party? Hotel or motel. Thanks...Dave.

There are three places to stay within walking distance to the dock where the poker run starts.
The Best Western KwaTaqNuk www.kwataqnuk.com is currently building a new dock and should be completed soon. There is also a very nice public ramp and dock next to the KwaTaqNuk.
Port Polson Inn www.PortPolsonInn.com is across the street from the KwaTaqNuk and the lake but does not have a dock.
Bayview Inn www.bayview-inn.com is across the street from the dock where the run starts. I don’t think it would be a problem mooring there but will check with the owner.

The last card will be handed out at the BBQ that about 7 miles out of town just off of highway 35 and is NOT accessible by boat.

Is this event still on? the Best Western had no knowledge of it. Is it still July 11th?

I called today to regester and it's still on for the 11th. There's a banner hanging over the highway half a block from the Best Western. Anybody out there gonig to make it?
