Josh, congrats on your "new" boat and welcome. I have a friend who had a charger and he said it was one of the fastest jetboats he'd ever been in!!! How is the motor stroked?? 454 or 427?
What are you looking for in a boat??? You said it might not be the right one... Why??
We gotta have pics!!
Not sure about the 454 or 427 part how would i find that out? ive had it out a couple times now and im loving it.... The more i work on it the more i find that i find the guy i bought from wasnt about doing stuff right... I started to wire a bow and stern light up and ended up cutting all the wiring out and starting from scratch.... Any input on fuse blocks, gauges and switches? Thanks josh
Here they are
oh ... a big boat ....
It may be OLD ,it may be Slow ... but at least it's MOBILE !!!
That is bigger than I thought it would be too!!! I'd bet that will be lot of fun on the Columbia!!! What model is that??
Its a 21ft charger day cruiser
Looks like a lot of fun and could handle the waters in the Columbia... Why do you say it may not be the boat you want???? What are you looking for in a boat???
Just never owned or driven a boat before this one... My wife loves it so i guess it was a good buy.... Any input on fly wheels? It makes a god awful noise lately so im pulling the motor tomorrow hopping something just got in it... But was thinking i might as well but a high quality one in while its out... Anything else i should check or replace while the morors out?

Josh, You might want to start a thread on the jet forum. Maybe someone can steer you as to what to look for when you pull the motor.
