Default Where to go on the water? HAVASU

Heading to Havasu Next Friday (Nov. 4th) Where should we go on the water? Any cool places we should see? Bars? Coves? Jumping cliffs? etc.?

    Thanks!

Cruise the channel, hit the naked turtle(bar), you can cruise south and see Copper Canyon, Steam Boat Cove, and cruise down to the damn. You go north towards the mouth of the river you can hit hte sand bar, cruise through the gorge and then hit the Pirate. Other than that just enjoy the fact that it will not be stupid crowded so the water will/should be nice and just enjoy it and explore.

First, bring a camera, second get a map.

For sure cruise the channel and see the London Bridge. Drop someone at a dock and take a picture of your boat in front of the bridge.

Go up river thru the Topock Gorge, a beautiful nature preserve with rock wall canyons and some nice sand beaches to stop at. Keep going and end up at Pirate Cove, about 20 miles from the lake. Cool open air bar and restaurant. Store and gas dock too.

Copper Canyon is nice and has a Jump Rock, but be careful, can be deadly. Steamboat is a nice cove to hang out. Sometimes you can see bighorn sheep come down the clifts for water. Keep going south to the back side of Parker Dam and Havasu Springs Resort.

At the Nautical Resort, The Turtle Bar for drinks and the Turtle Grill for eats is a must do. Have fun, take lots of pictures and brag to your friends

Not the best day on the lake, but this video will give you a taste of the gorge.

Thanks alot guys. I've always wanted to go to Havasu, I can't wait to finally make it. I hope the water is still decently warm.
