Pretty well got er cleaned up Doc .. Just waitin on a few things for the engine to get it finished up and then take it to the dyno.. Pump is out of the boat gettin freshened up .. Hope to have it all together in a few weeks, 1st race is June 1-3 so i'm tryin like hell to make it .. Still gotta make my rope deflector and can't do that till I get the motor in the boat for some good measurements on that .. Runnin outta time, gotta get busy

All I know to say guys is this 540 is a dyno buster!!!!!! Tore up another 1. Ain't gonna make the 1st race gotta few carb problems to iron out, but that's just the way it goes. Both engines ran great with the Quick Fuels on em but no good numbers

are you talkin the one in the TX?did you re dyno it?or are you comparing the smaller one going into the Cheyenne?

Ya Trav the only 540 I got.

I think this boat has a curse on it. I have NEVER had so many problems with tryin to put something together in all my life. I take 2 steps forward and get knocked back 3 .
