Default since the motor has to come out

I'm seriously thinking of opening up the BBF and upgrading to forged 11:1 from hyperutectic 9.5:1 pistons and to a 249-255 duration @.050, .649 lift solid roller from a 236-245 duration @.050, .564 lift hydraulic flat tappet cam since I have to pull it to fix the bell housing issue. That should give more hp on motor and let me put a bigger shot of juice to it!

. Whatever! I just hope I'm not disappointed because it's going to cost me over $1,600 to do it! It should be a big improvement since it's so mild now?

Yep and it runs almost 20mph with the little BBF I built for it. The chevy probably had about the same size cam and compression it just wasn't built by the right person or something?
