    Default Byuboyz NCR Rally

Just wanted to extend an invite to y'all over here on the squirtboat forum. I copied and pasted the thread from Byuboyz below. Tentatively there is ride on Caddo planned for Friday and a ride on Saturday on the Red River. The guys behind this(I'm not one) are working on getting permission to make it a "test and tune".

Once again the Red River South Marine and Resort has extended to us an invitation to hold our By-U-Boyz NCR at their beautiful facilities. We are fortunate to have such a place with such nice people running it. The date is August 10-12 so reserve your cabins early to make sure you get one.
318-747-9545 is the number to call or see their web site at redriversouthmarineala.com/

Event festivity scedule will be posted here at a later date. I just wanted to get this date locked in and let ya`ll know.

    See ya`ll at the rally.

    DB

It is a good time. I didn't make it last year cause we had a race in Morgan City but I should be able to hang out this year. Hopefully I won't have to help put a sinking jetboat back on the trailer this year. Lol. Won't have the boat out there but that way I can watch everybody play

I think there will be a large turnout at alot of these gatherings. And i for one like the 600 ft deal...i think its WAY safer than having to stretch it out. Also think its cool when the local law works with us like at Lake Tawak and on the San Jac...wonder how the red po will be this year?

The 660 stuff is alot easier on parts too. I don't know about y'alls stuff but once an outboard gets past 660-700 and the motor is spinning 10500 and more gets tough on parts. Out there the motor isn't under a good load and past 1000 ft is essentially freewheeling

I think it's the Atchafalaya River we run on. I know it's not a lake
