I'm ready to make a deal. Tow it home. Bring cash. Trailer is brand new if you want to include it.

You want to buy a house when prices are at their high, highest median home prices ever?

You may want to ride this out for a couple years and let the prices drop. Buy low sell high, not buy high sell low.

Oil is at a low though. Give it a couple more months and buy oil in the $30's with the proceeds from your toys.

I'm buying the house I'm renting at a smoking price.
