    Default Looking for a Boat...

Hey all you DLB'rs.... The wife wants a bigger boat... doesnt like the hotrod for anything- SHOCKING! - lol.

So we are looking to get into a sport cruiser boat 26-28' single engine/drive with CLOSED BOW - gotta have a potty too! those are the basics. Maybe an Advantage, Commander, Sleekcraft, Fountain, Nordic, I like the Eliminator Eagles but they dont believe in a human bowel system (i suppose -no pottys).... no cats, no projects please!

I figure if anyone (in the area) knows of anything for sale or someone maybe getting ready to move up (or out) then the DLB group would know. Looking for something that is credible and in good shape. Its gonna have to pass the 'DON-TEST' for final sale!!!!

Drop me a pm for an email or phone number to send pics to. Thanks Everyone!

    Paul

I was wanting another offshore deal and shopped for about a year. The girlfriends all wanted the potty and fresh water. So this is what I ended up with. I am glad I did now but in the beginning I was not so sure. This is a open bow but it comes in a closed bow as well. Check it out. You can buy them used, like a 2006 for 36-45k. OH YA. Runs 55 mph with one 375 hp 496 and Duo-Prop.
    I get 3-4 mpg.

Send Deltarat a PM. He had/has a Fountain that fits your description... Guarantee it'll pass the Hullshot inspection

Terrys boat would be my first choice, but a bit out of my price range. Gotta settle for a little less....

That Nordic is nice - but want a single setup. Thanks for the post

Paul, 707s Hallett is one of the best riding boats I have ever ridden in. You would be VERY happy in that boat!

So... opinions please.... found a couple Hallet and Howards that are real nice, $$ are more and expected. but what about between Commander or an Eliminator which is the better 'built' boat or are they pretty equal ???

Any Commander owners out there in DLB Land?
