    Default SE Racing

I've been wanting to participate in the Parker Enduro and figured their Division 1 would be a fairly easy and relatively inexpensive (yeah right ) way to get involved. I think it's very similar to the SE class. Seems a guy willing to scour around for the right deals could put something together for $5-7k.

What venues would hold races for the SE class that are near here? Is Ming/Bakersfield the closest?

I have 5 boats. Need one? I have a Nordic Flat that might be a good one for the 95 class. I also have the Jones. It is 16 1/2. The Old Carloson is a 18. It might be good for the 95 as well. The new Hondo is a runner bottom. Was going to use that for a Hot Rod. Got a 557 for it. It needs lots of parts. Hull with strut and log and plates is all it has. For the SE class all I need to do is build a SBC. They are almost a stock motor. That would be the quickest way and cheapest way to go racing. Remember I have never ran in circles before. Thought this 85 mph thing would get my feet wet. I could step up later to the 95 or PS or SS later if I really like it.
