Not much in the way of motels around. If you are going to the fleming meadows side the closest towns with motels are waterford and coulterville at about 30 minutes away. The cool thing about Coulterville is the Hotel Jeffrey which has some pretty good history. Waterford has to have a motel but I don't know any details. At 45 minutes away is Modesto which has accomodations. On the other side of the lake is jamestown at 20 minutes and Sonora at 30 minutes. Some motel choices there too. See ya on the water.

    Thumbs up Good Motels

If the cabin doesn't work out, I have stayed in Oakdale several times. They have a lot to choose from and it isn't that far away. Good luck. Al

Pick a week end, and I will make the call. However the next two weekends are already booked for me.

If we can find the date for the Pedro trip, that would be the perfect weekend.

Don't mean to highjack the thread, but... I will be at Don Pedro 7/9-13 and I'm looking to rent a trailer. Any suggestions on who to call or not call?
    Thanks,
    Mike
