    Thanks for posting the pictures.

My wife and I ran into you guys in our Hallett as you were heading out on your run up to Moccasin. Thanks for the invite to tag along, it was fun to run in a group. I only wish we had a bit more time to meet everyone and hang a bit up river, but unfortunately we had some family to meet. Next time we'll have to take our houseboat out and join the party.

We're in the Moccasin marina, and are on the boat most weekends. If your in our neck of the woods, putt by and say hi. Our boat is called Pure Pleasure.

    Thanks again for the hospitality.

Nice to meet you Bob, My brother Tom (yellow Stoker) and I own the houseboat in the avatar. We keep it in the marina at Fleming. We have been parking in "Graveyard/Whitrock" with the water so low. Look us up if you get on our end. We will have a frosty beverage together. Our boat is called "Equity at its Best". We are taking a couple weeks off but should be up mid August. BTW-Love the Hallett. Have any pictures of Pure Pleasure?

Nice to meet you Rick. That's a nice looking houseboat you have there. It doesn't look like you and your bro are roughin' it too bad on the lake.

Here's a pic of our floating box....

    Bob,

Thanks but nobody is roughing it with a houseboat on Pedro. Same water, same view but thanks for the compliment. We feel very lucky to have been able to make the purchase. Not cheap but worth the sacrifice. We are staying home this weekend, and not going out to eat, shop, or anything else so we can go up again soon. Now that I know what I am looking for we will keep a look out. Do you normally stay on the ball or head for a cove?

We putt out about half the time. Usually to Woods Creek or a nearby cove up on our end. We actually have a slip for the houseboat in the marina rather than a line hookup.

The pictures were taken by me 13 year old son Bailey with his new SLR camera while my older son Brad drove the boat. I was riding in comfort in DSIDan's F26. Yes, the boy were diggin it.

Can't tell you about any new boats. You must show up. LOL
