Nice remodel. Did you leave one wall or are you going for the new construction permit. I know where I live you can save thousands on a remodel permit verses new construction.
In the first picture is that a UFO hovering above the cab of the excavator?
Good luck on your new house.

WOW. WE did the same thing 12 years ago. Tore down the old house, rebuilt on the same lot. Did not save any walls. But saved our property.

Yah, we'll tell the insurance co that the big storm did it. We did leave up the garage to make it a remodel, though it is so far out of square, that it is coming down too. I'll work on some picts of the temp facilities.

Talk about repossessing a house! I've never seen it done like that before.

I try to work a little bit different, Start with the garage-ma-hall. You need to have a good shop to work on some of the technical projects involved in a major remodel. When the project is done you will have a great garage, aka, the mans kitchen.

211, thats what OC's been buggin me about. The reason it took me so long to start this project was that I had to create the garage-ma-hall first. Took about 3 months to put up the 2900 sq ft building, then I had to move the kitchen out so we could live in it. Picts coming.
