    Water pump?
If so why would you want that on you 525? Waste of money for no gains?

Not sure what you mean "water pump?" A stage 2 is a throttle body and ECU upgrade from 5400rpm's to 6000rpm's (35+ HP Gain). A stage 3 is what I just said plus ported Dart heads and Valves (75-85HP Gain). Just want to know if anyone has done these mods?

They make a 2 and 3 stage water pump so I was unclear on what you were talking about?

I would recommend any Hardin Marine products, as Mike Mays is one of the best in the marine industry to deal with. You can call him at CP Performance any time and talk to him - he will give you honest answers to any/all of your questions. I've rigged/re-rigged several boats buying all of my non-Mercury parts through him (those all come through Boatmasters), and he's always stood behind what I've purchased from him. I know for fact that he works closely with reputable engine builders with in-house dynos on all of their engine performance upgrades............

The Stage 2 is $3,300 for 45 horses. Not sure that is the biggest bang for the buck.

I'd be all over that kit if it were my 525! Any hp that can be added without sacrificing the wonderful drivability and fuel economy of the 525 is worth every penny spent imo. Those are one of the greatest consumer motors ever built!

No worries Brian, I think so to Rayzor. When I have to open it up ro do the valves I will than put the heads on it! Only have 120 hours on the motor.
