Default Boaters are the best human beings

Today one of the most incredible experiences I've had. I have been shopping for 5-blade maxiums props. I responded to an ad I saw on offshore only.com. Is name James Wright III out of Walton Kentucky We went back and forth on price, agreed on $1300 for a pair of props. Went on talk about each other's boats and families. Finished up the conversation with me needing to round up my money and call him tomorrow. Two hours later he sends me a text and says give him my address and he will send me the props and try them out to see if I like, if I do then send him money later and only send a $1000 and enjoy the boat with my family. A tear to my eyes, Is that freaking incredible!!!!! I cannot believe his trust and generosity. BOATERS are the best people ever!!!!!! James if ever in California please call me and let me buy you a beer!!! Deets

    Thumbs up

Like minded people seem to get along with and trust folks pretty easy

Dare to be different, if it turns out great you can claim you planned it that way.

Right on Deets, I had a similar experience this week. I sold an intake in the parts classified on this site. The guy, Who I don't even know his screen name, just sent me a check no questions asked. I thought to myself "man, that's pretty trusting" but hay, it's another performance boater. We all share the same sickness. LOL.

Come to think of it I just did the same thing for the two Prochargers I bought. That guy could have screwed me big time. But all is good, and we've became friends. He plans on coming out to run with us from Chicago. He runs a 42' Fountain, get this... 118mph! What a beast!
