Default 5 months and a whole lot of work pays off finally!

Finally got it running and in the water! First run was 91mph, 3lbs of boost (normally run 8) and 5 people in it. Should see some more mph when I turn the boost back up and put some more timing in it (only at 28 degrees/locked right now). I'm pretty happy with the results and that I've only had the wires on two of the senders reversed considering the amount of work I've done! Installed bilge pumps, sea strainer, msd, changed from manifold style exhaust to Lightning headers and made the extensions for the exhaust, installed the fuel system (Imco 6 port fuel valve, 10an feed & return lines, custom made 1/2" stainless hardline from reg. to carb, areomotive m1000 pump, bypass/boost referenced regulator, etc...), modified the engine harness, installed and aligned the motor, drive, plumbed intercooler, water lines, set up oil cooler, installed oil thermostat, etc.... I built the motor 3 seasons ago after dropping a valve in my 454. There's not much in this engine compartment that I haven't had my hands on during this project! It's a big change from the 89 warlock Euro24 I had before. I'm liking it! Mark

Wish I could go fellas but between my work schedule, financial responsibilities and most importantly.....taking care of my mom who's very ill......I unfortunately have things that have to take precedence. Also have to change the oil in my boat and fix a couple small issues before I can enjoy it some more. Have a great time and post lots of pics so that I can enjoy it through your pictures!

Post up some pictures of the back of your boat. That's the only time Rob will see what the transom looks like. Hahaha

I bought the power steering bracket from Cp Performance. Hope that helps you out. Sorry I didn't reply sooner. Haven't been on P/B to much lately. Mark
