I'll need more info to look into this. What specifically are they complaining about with the captcha robots?
Are they attempting to reset their passwords and perhaps don't have the right email on the account?
They can always use the Contact Us
on the page to email us directly and we can look into their issues as they could all be quite different. There are also anti-spam software in place which can cause issues if they try and re-register a 2nd account, so we'll need to work with them directly.
