    Default New Boat

OK OK, I know I am going to hear the ridicule at some point so I am going to post pictures of the new ride, Let me atleast explain a little bit first. I have has a 66 Esquire- 460, a 79 Tahiti- 460 and the Sunkisst 455, and loved them all started out with jet boats with two very young children, that at the time fit in the back seat without a problem, well without my approval they have grown a little, my son Tyler is 14 and almost 6 feet tall and my daughter Emily is 12 and is 5-6 already. needless to say they do not fit in the back seat anymore. But with my little ones growing, and not so much little anymore I have decided that we need more space as well as they now have the need to play on the water as well, tubes, skis and the such. Both little ones you will have the opprotunity to meet this year at Lake Anna. I have been promising them a trip and this year they are going. So let jokes and all start but I have bought an Eliminator, though with a 200 on the transom, my reasons are sound. There WILL be another jet boat in the future but for now the family somes first and spending time with the ones I call little is more imporatnt than anything else. LET THE JOKING START

good looking ride!...with the right power on that thing you could have the room, ski-ability, run 100+ and burn less gas doing it...be careful that little outboard could be addicting...i suggest you give it to me before it changes your mind about jets

Whats to laugh at? That boat will spank your jet. Burn less gas, ride better and more room. You did good.

    Default Update

As of about ten minutes ago, the boat is in Columbus, OH and should be here tomorrow afternoon, not to bad, 518 miles the first day and 588 the second, getting closer. I cannot tell you how nice it is to use U-Ship, I have used them for three boats and a truck from texas and they are great.

    Default Nice ride...

Looks like fun! Is that a 19'? If so be careful. I understand eliminator 19's equiped with a jet have a tendency for high speed blow-over. I would think that tendency would increase with an egg beater.

    Default 19 Eliminator

Yes it is a 19', I have heard the same thing and yes will certainly be careful, Nice to hear from you Poncho, no kidding, the only place they would give me any peace is at Webster Lake south of Worchester and the CT River, every where else they wouldn;t even let me pull up to the ramp. It will be in the shop Thursday night for a good cleaning.

    Thanks

    Default New ride

Dom, I was looking at two, went to see the other one, great boat but he wanted way to much for it, plus it was set up like yours, it had a backseat no room to sit, the front of the seat was up against the back of the the front. This one I saw and it just fit all my needs. I think it is pretty nice and will enjoy it a lot. What is the status with yours, I really hope you will run down to lake Anna with us this year, I know it is a long ride, for me as well. But you just can't beat it being around the family there.

    Default Its Here

Got the call last night he was just getting into town and meet him at the truckstop this morning, met him at 8 AM, man did it get dirty on the ride back, but it is here and already at the shop to get cleaned. Very excited, extra prop, four matching life jackets, a custom cover, spare tire all included a few of those things I never had before. Like a spare tire up until my last boat, never had a custom cover, and never needed an extra prop, sometimes I just make myself laugh. Cant wait to have on the water.
