    Default driveshaft dyno system

I saw this yesterday and thought it could be kinda interesting for a boat application. Obviously it wasn't made for it, but just might work. I have had zero time to read up on it at all, so maybe it wouldn't work, but I'd think it probably could. It could be a great tuning tool if you don't have a track to test at. My biggest interest came when I saw the price tag....right at about $1500. Any thoughts on how or if this would work or be of benefit?

wonder what variables are having to be input'd by the users?

Dare to be different, if it turns out great you can claim you planned it that way.

    Looks cool.

Buy one and we will put it on my boat.

CAN connector will work with my EFI system.

I have skimmed this data before and thought this is an interesting device. Did anyone notice the range of torque capability of the strain gage? That would surely be of importance on Ron's project.
