thats why I installed the EFI when I shifted the trans with the #3A drives and 4 blade 17 x 34 inch props loaded the motor down and if you didn't give it throttle real fast it would stall out in about 3 seconds. this system seems like it will solve this problem. Had the motor idle at 1000 rpm and loaded down the dyno servo 100 percent and it never changed so I'm on the right track.
well today was a good day the system works fine the auto learn is nice but it will not work below 2000 rpm with a fairly large cam reads lean and adds fuel when it is not lean, thats were the dyno EGT's come in handy. but that is not a problem you just have it start the learn system at 2000 rpm and put in the lower numbers and smouth out the graft and the transition from 2000 to 2100 its good to go , going to change oil, and plugs do a couple of more pulls, change the self learn to 5 percent and it's in the boat. I would recomend it. but it's nice to have a good engine program installed on the system to start with.
