    Default Thermostat housing gasket?

BBC 454 jet boat no t-stat. What are you guys running for gaskets? The molded/rubber type, the regular rubber gaskets, or the thin paper looking ones. And when installing do you use any rtv/right stuff/gasgacinch? Thanks.

I'm not positive but I'm pretty sure mine is made out of the cardboard from inside a Miller Lite 30 pack.
