    what condition while this cause if high speed air bleeds are plug

    It will cause a slight increase in fuel ratio. Meaning it will a bit richer when operating in that range of the carb.

    If they hi speeds are corked up it should suck raw fuel out of the booster when the engine is running shouldn't it?
