I have gotten two turbo cartridges from here. They've been around a LONG time. Back in '95, they did it on an exchange basis. I picked up the cartridge, paid a core fee, and got the core fee back when I took them my old innards.

I used to go to Custom Turbo, just out of L.A. but i haven't been there in at least 20 yrs. They always did a great job. Ya might have to Google them to see if they are still in business.

i saw the thread. If your seriously considering a larger engine at some point, I'd go with then larger head. The additional size isn't going to be an issue in a boat, and the size is still within reason.

if you have rajay turbos you maay have waisted the journal bearing. that lets the rotating cartrige shift to the side & the piston style ring that seals the oil now slips out of the housing & dumps oil into the exaust. the turbo repair guys
were having a hard time finding parts. i put a thread on here with where to buy & part numbers etc. p.m me if you have problems finding someone that can rebuild them due to parts availability. ,turbo wog
