Default To safety wire or not??

What is the consensus on securing the front bolts of a buzzard catcher to a blower?
I don't even want to think of the damage if they were to come loose. I'm thinking of studding the blower to the hat and using safety wire for the nuts behind the butterfly's.

    What do you think ??

Well, I don't. I do put in a little blue loctite. Some guys use silicone.

You guys are not having any fuel puddling issues using the screen ? I am definetely willing to use the screen just thought there might be issues.
I have heard a little silicone is all that is needed. I guess i am being paranoid.
