    Default High Rise Manifold

What advantage, if any would there be in running a high rise Edelbrock manifold on a basically stock 454 BBC ? It would be replacing an Edelbrock Torquer 2

Everything I have read is the edelbrock rpm airgap beats the torker 2. Hotrod has a test

If you have one, it would only cost the price of a set of intake gaskets and some time to check it out. If not,, I don't know that I would suggest buying one for the rather small gain it may give you.

Thanks for the input. I do have one available, but I am happy with what I have. I was told I should run the High Rise, but I know that just bolting something on can rob you or do nothing. Thanks Again.
