Restoring an older Hallett DC with PFM turbo system from the mid 70's. The boat runs fine up to 3,000 RPM when it just shuts down. the pressure regulating pieces in the inter-cooler are closing up I believe as soon as the motor hits 10lbs of boost. There are two 1/4 in ports on the side of the inter-cooler; can anybody tell me where those should be connected? I have attached some pictures that I hope will do a better job of explaining wht I have.
