    Default Happy Inventors Day

A couple days late, but to all the sharp guys here... Happy Inventors Day!

Can't believe I didn't date it, but probably drew this up around 1995. It's in pencil and kinda faint, but should be able to read it as a full size image.

Nice work Budweiser. You have something against spring manufactures. They have to eat too you know.
Two seperate cams, with the RIGHT matching profiles, and timed perfectly to each other? DREAMER!

Ever see the inside of the "cam in block" Mercedes Indy motor? Check out the "roller lifters" and a valve layout closer to a Boss 429 than any other production engine made.
    This thing was ingenius.

Thank you, I appreciate it. Especially from you.

I don't remember exactly, but I think the Dukati Desmo system was my inspiration. I tried to think of a way to integrate it into a Small Block Chevrolet, in a way that it could be added to stock/aftermarket heads with minimal machining. The part I really thought was genius is the closing cam spins strictly through the valve opening actuation. I haven't ever taken the time to evaluate if the cam sequence would actually allow it to work that way, but I thought it would be cool if you could bolt this on and not have to run belts/chains up to the closing cams.

It's three cams, actually. One in the stock location to open the valves, one over each head to close them.

Again, thanks for the recognition GN7.
