Im setting up my fuel system for a pro race fogger and was wondering if anyone has any pics of how they return fuel through a .073 jet

Matt, if you're going to use a return, it runs from the outlet side of the fuel pressure regulator for the NOS, through the jet and back to the fuel tank. Most use the basic Holley 12-803 regulator, one per NOS system. One side of the reg goes to the system, the other side for the bleed back to the tank. I don't use a return so I don't have a pic, but if you do a search in the nitrous section on yellow bullet, you'll find pics.
As far as if you need a return, people are split about 50/50 for/against using a return. Most that do use a return tend to use a really small jet, like 0.020". Just enough so your regulator isn't dead headed.

That .073 jet that people refer to is for flowing system prior to running a race. The air bleed thing really isn't necessary I have run with and without no better or worse with or without. All it does is make data look a little better if you're logging data on the system.

Matt, you are misunderstanding the purpose of that .073 jet. It is not intended to be a permanent return from the nitrous system's fuel pressure regulator. You were advised to set the fuel pressure while running fuel from the regulator through that jet. The "return line" is only to give the fuel you are flowing somewhere to go safely. Once the pressure is set, the test setup of gauge, hose and jet are removed from the fuel pressure regulator and the port is then plugged(or reconnected to a line to a solenoid if one was removed to facilitate installing the test rig)
Watch this video from Induction Solutions and you should understand.

    Default fogger

Thats what i thought i have rigged many plate setups with no reture and it has worked really good this my first fogger setup just didnt want to screw anything up. The fogger seamed to be a easy setup then you get to looking at everyones setup and they all seam to be different. I was about to just get a duel dominator plate setup big shot and go with what i know already but im going to give the fogger a try.
