1st, I am clling bullshit. 23* heads? No way. You have to have LS heads to make that kind of power. specially at that boost. Maybe 120 PSI of boost you could force that much air thru a set of 23* heads, but not 18.
2nd, the cranks hanging by thread and ready to launch. Everybody knows you need at least 6 bolts to hold the crank in, and 4 of them MUST be horizontal.
3rd, I could smell the N20 the second I opened the thread. Just another reason it needs at least 4 more bolts, and locating sleeves per main cap just to survive.

i have seen (online, so it has to be the gospel) several turbo deals (not tooting Haas horn) make good tq numbers, dyno'd my ROOTS blown 468, at 11% over, peak tq was right at 880-900 and hp was 1100, my goal was to make over 1000 Hp, which i did so i was happy, but seeing these LS motor killing it and showing dependability and of course less weight..makes a feller start thing .....NAH! MY 60s TECH, BBC ROOTS DEAL, SOUNDS GOOD, LOOKS GOOD, AND DOES A DANG GOOD JOB!

Dont worry hater, he knows how it would have went down if mine was still running at the finish line.

    sure looks like it...

looks like an explanation of "the lake race" is needed, on the street you get ahead and hit your brake lights...on the water, if its close stay in, we have never really defined a finishing line...at the lake when i get ahead i pop the throttle and signal to the skier that we are headed back...rides over...lol

You know better than that. Beer would use it as a sig line for the next 10 years.
But I will say I call BS #4, because I bet it didn't have a mag and we both know that makes it impossible.

that's the purpose built pressure relief that keeps the heads on. If you blow the manifold clean off and it lands in the water, it even floats. With the thermoset petro resins, the odds of your carb surviving the "poof" are greatly enhanced.
