"Well, we are headed to KY Lake in the am.
    I don't have a crew chief.
    I don't have any methanol.
I don't know where the fuck my boat cover is.
I need to change oil in generator.
So, sounds like we are about as prepared as the average racer. HAHAHAHA"

[/QUOTE]Having enjoyed following this "Wags" and his multiple encounters, could he not be the "Shelby Stanga" of the Performanceboats forum? A "win" like finding another "log"

Eeked is the best word. It was a sloppy win....Now, I'm blushing.
We had some fun. My Mom, my new gf, and her daughter were all I had. Mel Henderson jumped in and put the boat in the water. My tuning was sub standard on Sat and could only muster an 8.11.
Sunday, tuining came around, driving sucked! But I'll take blind luck any day.
Anyone that thinks racing isn't over half luck is a fool.
Anyway.... I've been saving all my energy by drinking beer, and having fun. I have not even got a good start on the shop.
    Thanks for the kind words.
    Wags

Now, I'd much rather talk about v drive safety... specifically the strut.
We had a PE guy that should have been wet with a sunk boat.
I'll post on v drive forum.
