You know, for an amateur you do pretty nice work. The "bad port" makes a major leap after .700 compared to the good port. They are much closer from there on. Not too common to see a port that size with a valve that big continue to make gains like that after .750/.800 Nice!

So you thin wall sleeve the head bolt hole?

Yeah, maybe one of these days I'll get serious about this stuff.
Bad ports on these heads had me pulling what's left of my hair out.

Sleeve the head bolt hole...why? I just spent all that time removing that material...why would I want to put it back?

Thanks Canuc. LOL...these are going on a worthy engine. 565, compression, solid roller, 1300 Dominator...should make some steam. Going to the dyno Friday. I'll post up a build thread when I'm done.

Do you have before and after numbers, I have AFR 357's and was wondering how much you were able to pick them up.

Bought these bare and first order was installing larger valve so no, I don't have any before numbers. I'd guess these were pretty close to advertised. You can find the flow numbers on AFR's website.

Scott, did you start with a 335 CNC head, or a 325 as cast head?

Got the final flow numbers on yours today and they're ready to go together. Starting on the intake tomorrow.
