I'm doing a stock rebuild on this. I'm now taking it apart. Was wondering about installing the damper when it comes time. It has no bolt hole in the crank so the damper installer has no where to mount. Any suggestions on how to get it back on? Thanks

Yeah, have the crank drilled and tapped when you send it out to be checked/ground/balanced.

There is also the handy dandy GM approved I installation tool. I think they where made by KD tool.
I suppose this was better than a 5lb single jack and a block of wood. Still had to be hell on the thrust bearing and read bolts. I guess this was their way of aligning the rear thrust bearing at the same time.
