Default Blower State of the Art

I know a lot of the names out there, but WHO is now considered the blower "guru" in southern California?

    Innovations, designs, materials, etc...

Might depend on the application. Endurance or drag? Blower Shop and BDS gets tossed around a lot, but I think guys like Littlefield, Mooneyham or Kobelco are hard to beat on the high end stuff. If you're talking HH, it's either Whipple or PSI.
