    Question Pro-Filer Heads...?

Any feedback pro/con about their "standard port" heads would be appreciated.
    Thanks

Nothing first hand, but I've heard of casting issues, and don't even know specifics. Performance shoud be top shelf.

They make some really good heads. Never had any quality issues, and they have one of the best cylinder head guys in the industry in house.

Thanks for the feedback, I'm just doing some research for one of two possible engine builds. 496 or 598. Still waiting on a reply about the 598 short block but this is what I'm hoping to acquire.
A local engine builder is very impressed with the HP numbers he gets out of these Pro Filers. Of course this is after he works them over and I'm also guessing because they don't take a whole lot of massaging.
*The proprietary intake isn't a plus as with either engine combo I'd rather not use a tall intake.

I plan on using there 24degree BBC 320cc heads on my engine. Looks like we may have similar builds. Im leaning torwards a 505ci though. Whats your combo look like?
