    Default filled block

I have a Merlin pro block filled to the bottom of the freeze plugs. Is it safe to run in a jet boat at the lake for extended times? Twin turbo set up so there will be some heat involved.

My Bow-Tie block is filled to about the same level and I haven't had any problems. 598ci/950hp.

That ought to be OK. I think that only covers about the bottom 1/3 or so of the cylinders.

Might put a oil temp gauge in as a wise move.

If you fill it with wine, it won't care.
