    Default Turbo/intercooler water routing?

Just got my PFM Turbo kit today and was wondering if anyone had a diagram for the routing of all the water lines for the manifolds and intercooler etc. I am a newbie when it comes to turbo stuff. I also am currently running dry headers on the boat so I don't know where to route the water from the engine. Thanks in advance for the help.

If you have dry headers, what else besides the intercooler is water cooled? What type of boat, jet, I/O? Many times the intercooler is plumbed separately, force fed from a pickup and dumped.

I''m sorry, I meant that the boat before putting the turbos on had dry exhaust, the new turbo kit has the water cooled manifolds so I was just trying to figure out which way to plumb all the water now? It is in a jetboat btw.

just run water from the jet, thru the coolers, out the coolers and into the logs, outta the logs into the motor, outta the motor then out the log dumps or however its set up to dump water. ya want the coldest water goin thru the cooler 1st.

Dare to be different, if it turns out great you can claim you planned it that way.

you want the water that runs thru the intercoolers and dump without restriction.

so I'll disagree with impatient 1 and say add a tee with one side
going to intercooler and other to engine.

also I have been told to stop water flow thru the intercooler
    during idle,

    ,
yeah, we figured we'd come off the bypass side of the pressure regulator to the motor since water is barely bypassing at idle, then put another pressure regulator on that system to keep ic pressure around 25ish, then we're dumping after the ic's on the deal we're building. i'm hope'n they just flow alot instead of building any internal pressure i'm ordering his dual core water to air ic today, hope its big enough to do the job, not so big we have a pressure drop due to it

will do! he called me earlier today giddy like a school girl, said ups had called to make sure he'd be there this evening for a package drop off, only thing we're expecting is the 900cfm c&s deal kinda excited to see 1 in person myself, hella carb to support 2200

fyi, for anyone looking for a ev pro hat or basic hat, there's a group deal goin on the theturboforums.com site, we picked billy's satin oringed ev pro hat up for 260 shipped on the deal, that's damn smokin deal, its the exact same hat smre sells under their name, just has the ev name on it instead. ev makes smre's hats
