Yup It is a bad day!!! Just keep buying over-seas crap and see who falls next. Lets just all support the counties that will own us before it's over!

That blows. I'm sure they probably won't be the last company to go down either.

This is a bad thing, but as Old guy said; if we keep buying crap we will have nothing. I hope this new administration starts to tax the hell out of companies that outsource to other countries.

What about all the other companies that fall under Crane and Mikronite?

BTW- What cellular company is US based and does not have any call centers outside the US ?

Found out yesterday myelf!! Went to order set of lifters and found that the doors were shut! Seems a name like Crane would be picked up by one of the other large US owned performance companies.

I BELIEVE OBAMA WAS JUST TALKING ABOUT THIS STUFF TODAY.WE NEED TO TRY TO KEEP IT IN THE U.S.A.

The deal with the buyers fell through last friday night because of the bank. Crane told everyone to go home on Monday at 10am. The bank called late Monday night with what they thought could be a resolution so they met again yesterday. The meeting was still going on after 7pm last night. I have not heard the out come but am hoping for a positive one.

Let's hope they get something figured out. That would be a huge loss to the performance community, let alone the local one down there!

Heard anything on the Edelbrock deal?
